He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Armagost and Anna Marie Armagost (White); his former wife Dorothy Norton; his wife Linda Trayer; and his brother Gerald Armagost.
He is survived by: his children, Ronald Armagost (Lisa) of Bull Shoals, AR, Greg Armagost (Gayla) of Cottonwood Falls, Lynne Ligon (Steve) of Gallatin, TN and Lisa Miller (Mark) of Strong City; his siblings, Robert Armagost (Shirley) of Wichita, Mary Ann Dexter (Jim) of Ponca City, OK and Geraldine Horseman (Jim) of Kent, WA; and his sisters-in-law, Jane Armagost of Wichita and Ruby Spain of Cottonwood Falls. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; 2 great great-grandchildren; one great great-grandchild.
