It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Matthew Lee Rogers of Corning, Kansas, born in Leavenworth, Kansas, who passed away on March 16, 2022, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Joseph, Margaret Murnane, Gale and Carrie Rogers. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Amanda and Brett; his wife Cary Rogers; his children, Breanne Smith (Tyler Smith) of Grandview, Amanda Rogers (Lucas Turner) of Overland Park and Brett Rogers; his parents, Earl Rogers and Marilyn Rogers (Murnane) of Prairie Village; his sister Monica Ortiz of Prairie Village; and his parents-in-law, Ken and Carol Hertel of Wichita. He is also survived by extended family members, friends, coworkers.
