He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Martinez and Ruth Martinez (Ascencio); his siblings, Barbara Waldron and Mark Martinez; and his nephews, Joseph Waldron and Aaron Martinez.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Lamb; his children, Art Gepner (Lori) of North Carolina, Tommy Gepner of Dodge City and Tamara Sands (Bryan); his siblings, Ruth Ann Waldron of Dodge City, Susan Riphan (Jim) of Rapid City and Anthony Martinez (Gerilynne) of Saranac; and his sister-in-law Sherry Martinez of Lenexa, Kansas.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials are suggested to American Diabetes Association in care of the funeral home.
