He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Borth and Evelyn Borth (Dean); and his sister Jean Smith. He is survived by: his wife Betty Borth of Copeland; his sons, Jeff Borth of Montezuma, Jim Borth of Montezuma and Joel Borth (Carolyn Stacy) of Montezuma; his grandson Taylor Weibener (Natalie) of Kingston, Oklahoma; his great grandchild Taylie Weibener of Kingston, Oklahoma; his brother Bill Borth of Wheaton; his stepdaughters, Cindy Surber of Olathe and Becky Chapple (Todd) of Lawrence; and his stepgrandchildren, Darian and Lexi.
