He is survived by: his parents, Margaret Jean (Winger) of Syracuse, KS and Calvin Clark Hook; his uncle Dick Winger; his children, Kayla Jones (Taylor) of Big Bow, KS and Tyler Hook of Big Bow, KS; his close friend Michelle Lumley of Sublette, KS; his sons, Chase Lumley (Jordan) of Valley Center, KS, Laramie Lumley and Tanner Randles of Sublette, KS; his brothers, Kevin Hook (Pam) of Syracuse, KS and Deric Hook of Durango, CO; and his pets, Patch, Finn, Molly, Grey Girl and Black.
