He is survived by: his wife Vickie Lynn Hoffman of Concordia; his children, Michael Smith (Debby), Danielle Montgomery of Jonesboro, AR and Jacob Smith; his grandchildren, Amber Lynn Smith of Paragold, AR, Erich Smith of Piggott, AR, Mathew Singleton (Ariel) of Tennessee and Kylie Montgomery; his great grandchild Novalee Smith; his sisters, Darla Smith of Salem, AR and Pamela Abbott of West Plains, MO; and his brother-in-law Rick Simpson (Jenny).
A graveside service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Missouri Veteran's Cemetery (17357 Stars and Stripes Way, Bloomfield, MO 63825).
