Sylvia Winterscheidt Obituary
We bid farewell to Sylvia Winterscheidt of Concordia, Kansas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 9, 2025 at the age of 92. Sylvia touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. As we bid adieu to Sylvia's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Sylvia has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Henry Winterscheidt and Mary Burkart Winterscheidt; and her sister Loretta Marie.
A vigil service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the Nazareth Motherhouse Chapel (1300 Washington St, Concordia, KS 66901). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
