He was predeceased by: his sister Kathi Fraser; and his in-laws, Cy, Rosie Powell, Peggy Powell, Howard and Carol Powell.
He is survived by: his children, Marcia C. of Springfield, MO, Roger A. (Irene) of Bellefonte, PA and Rebecca M. When (Todd) of Hanover, KS; his wife Sharon R. Powell; his grandchildren, Roger Jr., Christian, Michael, Jonathan, Stephanie and Kyle; his sister Ginni Skach (James) of Wichita; his great grandchildren, Bryson, Payslie, Zadan and Brexan; and his grandson Bobby Sanchez. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Zion Lutheran Church.
