It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard L. Cyphers of Concordia, Kansas, who passed away on July 17, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mike Cyphers and Dorothea Cyphers (Lanoue). He is survived by: his wife Phyllis R. McGinnis; his close friend JoJo; his children, Eric Cyphers (Meliss) of Yucaipa, CA, Stephanie Scheele (Jeff) of Bennington, KS and Jeff Cyphers of Jamestown, KS; his sister Patricia Wright (Dee) of Palm Harbor, FL; his grandchildren, Callie, Tami, Kimi, Brittany, Lucas, Linsey, Deric and Marissa; and his great grandchildren, Aiden, Lee, Owen, Lexie, Reagan, Dillon and Clayton.
