She is survived by: her husband Elvis Givens; her siblings, John Shaffer, Dorothy McCollum and Marjorie Shaffer; and her children, Robert Jack Givens, Tanya Sharron Martin and David Ken Givens. She is also survived by 14 Grandchildren.
