She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Perry and Florence Perry (Wenger); her husband Phillip Duvall; her son Christopher; and her sisters, Gloria Martin and Clara Long.
She is survived by: her son Cary Duvall; her sister Amy Duvall of Concordia; her son Josh Duvall (Mary Frances) of Concordia; and her grandchildren, Liz, Lacie, Christopher and Haley.
