He is survived by: his children, Dena Miller (Loren), Malinda Sallman (Chad) and Marc Swihart of Concordia, KS.; his siblings, Sue Nelson of Formoso, KS., Rex Swihart, Jr. (Audrey), Arlan Swihart (Carla) and Rio; his grandchildren, Chace Hensley, Riley Miller, Erica Miller, Ava Swihart, Easton Swihart, Ivie Swihart and Joel Sallman; and his great grandchild Kieran Reid.
