It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Max Tate of Concordia, Kansas, who passed away on October 10, 2021, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Dean and Florence Jean Tate (Hoard); his stepfather George Warren Taylor; his brothers, Curtis and Randy Tate; and his stepsiblings, Tom Taylor and Georgie Taylor.

He is survived by: his close friend Donna Knight; his children, Matthew (Lacey) of Concordia and Megan of Great Bend; his siblings, Brenda Marcotte of Concordia, Dedra Landon (Ken) of Bartlesville, OK and Willie Taylor (Deb) of Concordia; his grandchildren, Callum, Bethany, Austin, Jocelyn, Sutton, Cale, Kennadi, Taytem, Kaden, Peyton and Nova; and also, David Leanna (Nikkie) of Agra, KS, Justin Stanford of Omaha, NE and Brandon Stanford (Megan) of Colorado Springs, CO.. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
