She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin and Arline. She is survived by: her husband Bob of Concordia; her sons, Randy Ballard (Lori), Champaign and Joshua Ballard; and her brothers, Joe Wardell (Tricia), Mark Wardell (Paula), Garland and John Wardell (Julie). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren & a host of family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the First Christian Church or for a memorial bench in Mary's honor for the City of Jamestown in care of the funeral home.
