He is survived by: his wife Lisa of Concordia; his children, Johnnie Mastin and Jordan Champlin (Alec); his grandson Coen Champlin of Concordia; his parents, Darwin Henry (Nadine) and Mary Lynn Henry of Salina; his siblings, Josie Allen (Andrew) and Ron Henry (Regina); and also Tyler Henry.
The family kindly requests that in lieu of flowers, that memorials are made to the O'Connor Animal Shelter or the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund in care of the funeral home.
