He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Shaw Hemphill (Harrison Walter Hemphill) and Les; and his daughter Sarah. He is survived by: his wife Christy; his brothers, Randy Hemphill of Broken Arrow and Donald Hemphill of Texas; his daughters, Melina, Emily and Rachel; and his grandson Gavin Massell.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorials be made to the Lewy Body Dementia Association, the Frank Carlson Library, or Cloud County Community College for Scholarship use.
