He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Smith and Joseph Leone; and his niece Kaylee Campbell. He is survived by: his sons, Mikeal Goebel, Joey Spann and Ezekiel Spann; and his siblings, Wendy Aketun (Robert), Kim Leone Cooper (Allen), Susan Leone Burkett (Ben) and Ken Wells. He is also survived by his family and friends.
