She was predeceased by: her parents, Abner Cote and Gladys Cote (Tremblay). She is survived by: her husband Vic Emmel, Jr.; her daughter Heather Standley (Shane); her grandchildren, Aiden and Luke of Shawnee, KS.; her daughter Danielle Wildeman (Darrin); and her siblings, Loren Cote (Jolene), Leland Cote and Lori Kagle of Concordia, KS.
The family suggests memorials to the Alzheimer's Association in care of the funeral home.
