John O. Cory Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John O. Cory of Concordia, Kansas, who passed away on December 21, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John O. Cory and Fleeta "Fee" F. Cory (Lowell); his former wife Linda L. Robertson; his brother Robert R. Cory; and his stepfather Eustice Sjolander (Poose).
He is survived by: his wife Pat of Concordia, KS; his children, J. C. Cory of Concordia, KS and Darla Williams (Arnold) of Russell, KS; his grandchildren, Ethan Cory (Jordan), Erynn Bergstrom (Devin), Amber Ruggels and Jerrit Zvolanek (Autumn); and his sister Eileen Rogers. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, several nieces & nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home (325 W 6th St, Concordia, KS 66901). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery (444 W 18th St, Concordia, KS 66901).
