He was predeceased by: his parents, John D. Bell and Marcella E. Pauly Bell; his wife Dolores A. Lorson; his daughter Patricia Jones; his brother James (Jim); and his brother-in-law Leo Lorson.
He is survived by: his sister Mary; his children, Pamela Jamis (Kent) of Wichita, Christopher Bell (Amy) of Simpson, Deborah Lange (James) of Brookville, Deanna Pruitt (Brian) of Ellsworth and Timothy Bell of Simpson; his siblings-in-law, William (Karen), Steve Lorson (Rosalie), Marilyn Schmidt (Ken), Joyce Wagoner (George), Phyllis Lorson and Ruth Bell; his grandchildren, Kyle, Tyler Jamis, Alissa Hopkins (Joey), Adam Bell, Bryce, Erin Lange, Jordann McGinnis (William), Riann, Brenna Pruitt, Collin Jones (Jessie) and Devon Jones; and his great grandchildren, Tristen Jamis, Jaden Hopkins, Julia Hopkins, Shiloh and Harvey McGinnis. He is also survived by "Grandpa", and many friends.
Memorials may be given to Mt. Joseph Senior Village or the St. John's Cemetery.
