He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph and Gayle; his brother Robert Blazek; and his brother-in-law George Levendofsky. He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Gieber; his children, Rhonda Fraser (Casey), Jeff Blazek of Concordia and Jared Blazek (Jan); his sister Marilyn Levendofsky of Belleville, KS.; his grandchildren, Dalton Fraser, Shelby Fraser Gregory (Kyle), Kole Blazek, Brianna Blazek, Mariah Blazek, Hunter Blazek and Madison Blazek; and his great grandchildren, Addison and Brantley Blazek. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
