He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Gerald and Frances M. Jones Gerald (Knocke); his former wife Ruth Ann Doyen; his daughter Katherine Marie Jones; and his brother Donald Jones (Betty Wallace).
He is survived by: his wife Carol J. Trueblood; his children, Debra Jasperson (Randy) and Jason Jones of Concordia, KS.; his stepdaughters, Jewell Willoughby and Jennifer Trueblood of Concordia, KS.; and his sister Marilyn Regier (Mahlon). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
