It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of George Meyer of Concordia, Kansas, born in Chapman, Kansas, who passed away on November 16, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Meyer and Katherine Meyer (Curry); his grandson Brendan Meyer; and his siblings, John Meyer, Mary Katherine Meyer and Barbara Jean Boyd.
He is survived by: his wife Laura Jo; his son Tony Meyer (Lindy) of Concordia, KS; his grandchildren, George, Isaac, Erin, Laura, Elizabeth, Clare and Mary; his sons, Ken Meyer of Concordia, KS and Kevin Meyer (Yvette) of Marshalltown, IA; his grandchildren, Brianna, Alexa, Ethan and Natalie; and his daughter Kathy Meyer of Lawrence, KS.. He is also survived by friends especially his beloved grandchildren.
