He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Collins and Nadine Collins (Bergstrom); and his brother Dennis Collins. He is survived by: his wife Pauline J. Fortin of Concordia, KS; his daughter Jessica Collins; his granddaughter Vida Romero of Lawrence, KS; his sisters, Phyllis Ostrom (Larry) of Concordia, KS, Diane Sothers (Rodney) of Concordia, KS and Ronda Gumm (Jeff) of Concordia, KS; his sister-in-law Karen Collins of Benton, KS; and his brother Brian Fry of Whitewater, KS.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In respect of Don and with regard to current COVID circumstances, masks will be mandatory.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Belleville High Banks Hall of Fame Racing Museum.
