She was predeceased by: her parents, John Springsted and Edith Springsted (Hutcherson); her children, Dale Simpson and Nadine Rowley; and her grandson James D. Cole.
She is survived by: her former husband Dean Simpson of Miltonvale; her daughter Janice Baxter (Melvin) of Silver Springs, FL; and her grandchildren, Kitty Miller (Jere), Patty Hines (Skip), Mike Cole (Michele), Tim Hitsman (Lily), Tony Hitsman (Linda), Jerry Hitsman (Michelle), Brad Simpson (Teri) and Jacque Simpson.
The family suggests memorials to the church in care of the funeral home.
