It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charlotte Lutgen of Concordia, Kansas, who passed away on July 15, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Lutgen and Elizabeth Koenigsman Lutgen; and her sister Geraldine. She is survived by: her brothers, Leon and William.
