Charles H. Blochlinger Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Charles H. Blochlinger of Concordia, Kansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 20, 2024 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Charles' earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Charles has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Blochlinger and Stella Blochlinger (Richard); his brother Paul Leo Blochlinger; and his grandson Brade Robert Charles Lindsay. He is survived by: his wife Mary Beth; and his children, Kevin Blochlinger (Carla) of Concordia, KS and Kathy Ostrom (Lon) of Manhattan, KS. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 12 great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home (325 W 6th St, Concordia, KS 66901). A rosary will be held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church (307 E 5th St, Concordia, KS 66901). A burial will be held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 11:15 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Concordia Cemetery.
