She was predeceased by: her parents, Manuel Shelton and Ruby Shelton (Violet); her spouse Dean Barrett; and her brothers, Bob Shelton and Beryl Shelton.
She is survived by: her children, Roger Barrett (Donna), Scott Barrett of Wichita, KS. and Diana Wieland (Denis); her grandchildren, Stacey Barrett Forshee, Kevin Barrett (Karen), Denise Meier (Tim), Dalene Wieland-Collett (Tony), Denita Rogers, Deni Wieland (Kathy), Branden Barrett (Jenny), Jamie Powers (Rob) and Derek Barrett; her great grandchildren, Kendra, Lauren (Braden), Wyatt, Katherine, Derek, Hayley, Brenna, Cooper, Carter, Brody, Dayton, Noah, Ava, Jayden, Kaylie, Braxton and Blaine; her great great grandchild Blake; and her brothers, Warren Shelton (Shirley), Richard Shelton (Sharon) and Frank Shelton (Thelma). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be given to Jamestown Library or Mount Joseph Senior Village in lieu of flowers in c/o Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home, Concordia.
