He was predeceased by: his mother Pat Womack; his in-laws, Edwin and Nancy Smith; his grandparents, Oran, Della Dewbre, Robert and Anice Womack; and his grandson Mark David Bybee.
He is survived by: his wife Missy; his children, Holly Wells (Austin) of Goddard, KS, Catherine Szager (Kenneth), DJ Bybee of Valley Center, KS, Andy Nunnelley of Nickerson, KS and Eddie Nunnelley of Wichita, KS.; his father Leland Womack of Sentinel, OK; his brothers, Brad Womack (Suzy) of Amarillo, TX and Matt Womack (Jamie) of Murdock, KS; and his grandchildren, Kimber Donahue, Keaston Wells, Kaylen Wells, Maison Szager, Emilee Szager, Colin Bybee, Beau Bybee, Sofia Bybee, Ayvah Nunnelley, Emma Nunnelley, Noah Nunnelley and Micah Nunnelley. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
