Jay M. Ford Obituary
We bid farewell to Jay M. Ford of Colwich, Kansas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 12, 2025 at the age of 47. Jay touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Jay farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Jay is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He is survived by: his parents, LeeRoy Ford and Gail Hageman Ford; his daughters, Whitney, Ella and Torie Ford; and his sisters, Stacie Ford and Tonnia Schickel (Conan). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and God children along with numerous friends.
A rosary will be held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the St. Mark the Evangelist Catholic Church (19230 West 29th St N, Colwich, KS 67030). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Leo Catholic Church.
