It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn Simon (Colwich, Kansas), who passed away on August 14, 2018, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Carl; her children-in-law, Robert and Barbara Simon; her grandson Andrew Chism; her great grandchild Clare Mahood; her siblings, Tom Patry, Gene Patry and Maxine Heimerman; and also Cari Brennan.
She is survived by: her children, Pat McHenry of Derby, KS, Jeannette Simon, Margie, Paul Gruenbacher, Jim, Joleen Simon, Bill, Cathy Simon, Marcy, Mike Moreno, Carlene, Tom Lubbers, Kathy, Ed Brennan, Chuck and Colleen Simon; and her sisters, Angela Molitor of Kingman, KS, Mary Blasi and Kathy Focke. She is also survived by 26 grandchildren, 70 great grandchildren, 8 step-great grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren.
