She was predeceased by: her spouse Lieutenant Colonel Michael J. (Retired); her parents, Daniel Shea and Ella Shea; her son Michael Jude Proctor; and her sister Eileen Hart (Herbert).

She is survived by: her daughters, Denise M. Proctor, Joyce M. White (Jeff White) and Mary Patricia Proctor-Smith (MS); her sister Theresa McGovern (Robert); her grandchildren, Jake Underkofler, Will Underkofler, Ashley White Howell (Sheldon Howell), Sydnea White, Austin White and Shea Smith; and her great grandchildren, Scout and Banx Howell.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to a military food pantry.
