He was predeceased by: his son Darrell Cook; his adoptive parents, Joseph Cook and Betty Jean Cook; and his stepson Ernest Odell. He is survived by: his siblings, Connie Lou and Jack Kenneth; his son Joseph Cook (Gloria); his wife Twyla Cook; his sister Vicki; and also Vicki Jo Cook. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
