Virgil Albert Buckner Obituary

We are sad to announce that on May 27, 2018, at the age of 92, Virgil Albert Buckner (Columbus, Kansas), born in Joplin, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis V. and Lela Buckner (Busse); and his brother Jack Buckner. He is survived by: his son Brent Buckner (Barbara) of Oklahoma City; his sister Roma Hadley of Orange County; his grandchildren, Beth Ann Kilpatrick (Gary) of Waco and Belinda McAuliffe (Chris) of Oklahoma City; and his great grandchildren, Riley McAuliffe, Reed McAuliffe, Rhett McAuliffe of Oklahoma City, Emily Kilpatrick and Cade Kilpatrick of Waco.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the Medicalodges Activity Fund or the Keith Reeves American Legion Post #3.
