She is survived by: her husband George Smith; her children, Melissa Padgett of Oregon, Sheri Lynn Padgett of Oregon and Matthew Everitt Bartmas of Wichita, Kansas; and her stepchildren, Jonthan Lenn Smith (Linda) of Pittsburg and Margaret Elizabeth Counsil of Neodesha, Kansas. She is also survived by 2 grandchildren; and 6 step- grandchildren.
