He is survived by: his parents, Doug Schultz and Donna Schultz; his pet Fio; his brother Derick Schultz; his niece Anistyn Schultz of Columbus, KS; his sister Autumn (Schultz); his nephew Max; his niece Emma of Olathe, KS; his brother Caleb; his nephews, Lane and Gabriel; his niece Harper of Weir, KS; his sister Amber (Stultz); his niece Naviah; his nephew Whitley of Dewey, OK; and his grandmother Retha Schultz of Columbus, KS.. He is also survived by brother, an amazing uncle, and adored his cousins.
