She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Amos and Mabel Bennet McCormick; and her husband Henry Tyree. She is survived by: her sons, Henry Lee and Charley; her daughters-in-law, Dolly Sharp Tyree, Rhonda Best Tyree and Lola Battalia Tyree; her grandchildren, Hiedi Tyree, Ronny Tyree, David Tyree, Roy Jay Tyree Jr. and Billy Cashero; her siblings, Dolly Getman, Meria Wells Bannister, Walter McCormick (Stugen), John McCormick, Tommy McCormick and Oliver McCormick; her parents-in-law, Charley and Asenath Tyree; her children, Janet Sue Britt, Roy Jay Tyree, Sally Britt Ellison, Fred Tyree (Kim), Dan Tyree (Gretchen), Sara Engroff (Dave), Kenny Tyree and Randy Tyree; her siblings, Mary Hill, Harriett Loughridge and Billy McCormick; and her friend Carol Kasten. She is also survived by 31 grandchildren, 45 great grandchildren, 28 great great grandchildren.

A graveside service was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Lone Elm Cemetery.
