He is survived by: his wife Francine; his children, Deborah, O'Neal, Ronald Dan Boulware (Dale), Barbara McClain (Scott) of Nevada, MO, Rebecca Johnston (John) of Belleville, IL and Kim Boulware (Cristie) of Cherokee, KS; his grandchildren, Jade Brown (Heather) of Lawrence and David Johnston of Lawrence; his brother Charles L. Boulware; and his wife Jeanne Boulware (Bradney). He is also survived by great grandchildren; many step-grandchildren.
