He is survived by: his children, Barbara Bachman of Grove, OK, Vernon Wagner (Patty) of West Mineral, KS and Tami Martin (Jim) of Jay, OK; his brother William Wagner of Emporia, KS; and his close friends, Ada Beck and Melba Squyres. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
