He was predeceased by: his parents, Alma Hodge and Hershel Hodge; and his siblings, Ruby Waters, Ruth Murrow, Fred Hodge, Dee Hodge, H. L. Hodge and Lonnie Hodge.
He is survived by: his sister Sybil Koger; and his siblings-in-law, Delores Hodge, Judy (Stone), Carol Stone and Delbert Vanek. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
