He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Elsworth and Juanita Lucille Martin (Meeds); and his brother Gary Martin. He is survived by: his children, Nick Martin (Christina) and Mandy Andris (Tim) of Bluejacket, OK; his sister Colleen Johnson; and his grandchildren, Georgia Andris, Callen Andris, Beckett Andris, Kate Martin and Karsten Martin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
