She is survived by: her close friend Barry Rasmusson; her children, Jamie L. Ball (Doug) of Scammon, KS, James A. Cook (Lura) of Galena, KS and Clay A. Cook of Galena, KS; her siblings, Paul Wayne Faulkner (Cheryl) of Excelsior Springs, MO and Mary Jo Faulkner-Talle (David) of Miami, OK; her sister-in-law Beverly Faulkner of Dixon, MO; her grandchildren, Cody Rakestraw, Ryan Rakestraw, Zoey Ball, Alexa Cook, Cierra Cook, Ashley Nichols, James Cook Jr. and Aris Easter; and her great grandchildren, Quentin, Wyatt, Shanice, Jacklyn, Zachary, Olivia and Maddox.
Family will be at the funeral home Saturday morning from 9:00-10:00 a. m. for friends to pay respects using social distance and a mask is recommended.
