It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha Ann Myers of Columbus, Kansas, who passed away on March 11, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, David L. Emerson and Rosie C. Emerson; her sons, Steve Myers and Todd Myers; and her sisters, Ruth Wright and Lois Emerson.
She is survived by: her husband Melvin Myers; her children, Melinda Garcia (Alex) of Webb City, MO, Ron Myers of Anderson, IN, Manny Myers of Carthage, MO and Johnathan Myers of Joplin, MO; her brother David Emerson (Misty) of Vassar, KS; and her close friend Penny.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Derfelt Funeral Home - Columbus (132 E Pine St, Columbus, KS 66725).
