It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lottie Delores Bass of Columbus, Kansas, born in Stark, Kansas, who passed away on April 17, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry and Minerva Elizabeth Tipping (Hoffman); her husband Mason Bass Jr.; her siblings, Amy Madl, Margaret Cobaugh, John Tipping and Dwight Tipping; her son-in-law Eric Ewing; and her grandson Phillip Ian Bass.
She is survived by: her children, Randall Bass of Columbus, Shirley Bass Redd (Frank Riley) of Columbus, Sharon Bass Carpino of Columbus, Phyllis Bass Kelly (Doug) of Lee's Summit, MO, Phillip Bass (Cindy) of Columbus and Loretta Bass (John Kmetz) of Norman, OK.; her grandchildren, John Paul Redd (Simon Moeller), Robbie, Madeline Carpino, Amanda Treiber (Darin), Julie Killebrew (Christopher), Emily Popejoy (Noah), Mason Bass, Cordell Bass, Augustus Kmetz, Avery Bass, Elliott Kmetz, Blaine Kelly and Anna Kelly; and her great grandchildren, Kaydence, Kylen Killebrew, Ava, Kolt, Sophie Treiber, Cali, Cami Carpino and Brooks Popejoy. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
