Maxton (Bays); his son Paul Maxton (Morgan) of Oswego, Kansas.; his wife Julie of Bartlesville; his grandsons, Tucker and Case Maxton His; his sisters, Pam Wright of Oswego, Becky Shipley of Parsons, Nancy Kemp of Parsons and Jennifer Stringer of Altamont; and his aunts and uncles, Paul Maxton of Columbus, Jim Maxton of Galena, Wayne Bays of Thayer, Larry Bays (Debbie) of Jacksonville, Nancy Cunningham of Parsons and Caroline Bogard (Don) of Kansas. He is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
