It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Lou Brumback of Columbus, Kansas, born in McCune, Kansas, who passed away on November 5, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, David Henry "Jack" and Marjorie Alice Huston (Huff); her husband William R. "Bill" Brumback; her brothers, Wayne Huston and George Huston; and her sons, Fredrick Dale Wilcox and Todd Wilcox.
She is survived by: her daughters, Terri Kershaw (Colin) and Lisa Goben (Ed); her daughter-in-law Patti Wilcox; her sister Marilyn Torchia (Mike) of Columbus, KS; and her grandchildren, Christopher Wilcox (Carrie), Lacy Reeves (Dusty), Joesph Wilcox (Sara), Brock Goben, Keli Benedict (Dale) and Samantha Kershaw. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
A reception was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Bath-Naylor Funeral Home (611 S E Ave, Columbus, KS 66725). A burial was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Park Cemetery Se Wyandotte (1173 SE Wyandotte Rd, Columbus, KS 66725).
