Lafana Gale Frank Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lafana Gale Frank (Columbus, Kansas), who passed away on February 21, 2022 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl "Buck" Sturgeon and Virginia Sturgeon (Bash); and her brothers, Raymond and Carl Sturgeon, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Sherry Lynn Washburn of Columbus; her former husband Charles Frank; her nieces, Shanon Brewster (Terry) of Riverton, KS and Shelly Barnard (Kevin Slankard) of Baxter Springs, KS; her nephew Michael Sturgeon (Jean) of Joplin, MO; and her brother-in-law Richard Frank (Barbara) of Columbus. She is also survived by several great nieces and a great nephew.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the First Assembly of God, Baxter Springs, KS or Happy Paws Animal Rescue, Pittsburg, KS in care of the funeral home.
