He was predeceased by: his wife Pamela Lee White (Vanatta). He is survived by: his parents, John W. White and Margaret A. White of Columbus, KS; his children, Alec White (Brianna) of Columbus, KS and Danielle "Dani" White of Columbus, KS; his siblings, Troy White of Columbus, KS and Tami Bole (Craig) of Columbus, KS; and his grandchildren, Bristol and Miley White.
