He is survived by: his former wife Cindy Morris; his daughter Jolleen Forkner of Carl Junction, MO; and his sisters, June Rentfro (Soper) of Columbus, Nancy Rowton (Dale) of Columbus and Dorothy Wells (Robert) of Columbus. He is also survived by one grandson; one granddaughter, and many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
