He was predeceased by: his parents, Laurence Clayton and Minnie Eva Street (Smith); his wife Carolyn Lou Burdge; and his sister Esther Dunn. He is survived by: his children, Phillip Clayton, Cynthia Joann, Phillip C. Street (Patti) and Cynthia J Garner (Bill); his sister Sharon Johnson (Ronnie); his grandchildren, Lauren Burkhart (Jason), Lisa Burkhart (Chris), Sarah Maxton (Will), Bethany Street, Zachariah Garner and Garrett C Street (Autumn); and his great grandchildren, Cora, Anna, Eli, James, Alex, Maya, Conner, Eva, Audrey, Ben, Sawyer and Lucas.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Neutral United Methodist Church.
